Balanceability is the UKs only accredited 'Learn to Cycle' programme for children aged 3 - 5 years old. The sessions consist of structured lessons to help the children develop motor skills, spatial awareness, dynamic and static balance and coordination.

Bikeability Start is a brand new cycling programme for children currently piloting as a project with Cycling Scotland, we are delighted to be able to bring this innovative programme to the Active Easter 2017.
Please be aware that all children must supply their own helmet.
Session 1 - must bring either their own balance bike or pedal bike without stabilisers.
Session 2 - for children who are inexperienced riding pedal bikes, must provide their own bike without stabilisers.

Qualified coaches will involve children in a variety of different team and individual sports. Lunchtime will be supervised with some art and quizzes to complete.

This nationally recognised sports leadership qualification is open to anyone aged 12+ and must be in S2 or above.
The course consists of a mixture of both theory and practical sessions developing not only the candidate's organisation and communication skills, but also their mentoring skills.
This course also earns 7 credits on the SCQF.
Candidates will have to complete 1 hour of volunteering on completion of this weeks course.

The sessions will be fun games with a focus on Scottish Rugby's Key National themes for player development, hand catch, tackle, offload and ball presentation.
Wear suitable outdoor kit and bring training shoes, water bottle and sun protection as appropriate for the weather conditions.

Take part in Clackmannanshire's Olympic and Paralympic Games themed 'Flames Festivals'.
Each day you can be part of the torch relay, opening and closing ceremonies, medal presentation and sports sessions based around the sports that will feature in the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Take part in this fun sports camp including dance, tennis and games. The programme is for children and young people with additional support needs led by coach Jackie Perez. Siblings are welcome to attend and join in the fun for an additional charge of £1.
121 support is not provided by Sports Development.
Parents are asked to stay on site at each of the sessions.
