Council Housing Guide

The Council has approximately 5,000 residential properties in Clackmannanshire. Demand for accommodation in these properties is fairly high, and so the Council has an Allocation Policy designed to allocate on a fair and equitable basis. This policy is reviewed on a continuous basis in consultation with tenants and other interested parties.
You can apply for housing in Clackmannanshire if you fulfil the following criteria:
- you are over the age of 16 years;
- your status is not govered by immigration control.
