Heart Support Groups coming to your area
Braveheart is a voluntary organisation that offers support to people living with heart problems. The groups are led by trained volunteers and cover a range of issues including healthy eating, being active, understanding your diagnosis, medication, smoking, cholesterol and adapting to change.
