Clackmannanshire Healthier Lives

Clackmannanshire Healthier Lives (CHL) is a community based programme which offers support and advice to people in Clackmannanshire to help them make changes that can improve their health and wellbeing.
The programme is funded by Fairer Scotland through the Clackmannanshire Alliance and builds on the success of other Clackmannanshire health improvement projects. CHL aims to help people improve their health and employability through assessments and tailored packages of support designed to meet clients' specific needs.

- Implementation of support plan to help people build their confidence and skills
How to access CHL
The CHL programme can be accessed in a number of ways. Services are offered in community venues throughout Clackmannanshire but more detailed information can be obtained by contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Award
